Your ‘one-stop feeder’ for all of your messy mutt’s needs. This double feeder not only accommodates food and water with its 2 stainless steel bowl inserts and contains spills with its wide lip and raised edge border, but it also grows with your dog! The 3 different heights make feeding easier, cleaner and healthier for your dog.

Features:

  • The ergonomic design and height promotes healthier digestion. It includes 3 sets of special addition 'faux wood' legs to accommodate 3 different heights: 3", 5" and 10" so it can grow with your dog.
  • The raised lip around the border helps to contain spills and channels everything back to bowls. The ABS deck is non-porous, BPA / PVC free, and is molded underneath the each bowl to keep any mess off your floor.
  • Compatible with Messy Mutts stainless bowls and Large Airtight Silicone Lid. Additional bowls and lids sold separately, ideal for advanced food prep and travel. For added protection, pair with the Messy Mutts silicone bowl mat with reinforced metal rods, size large.
  • Includes two non-toxic, high quality stainless bowls. All components are dishwasher safe.
  • Each 40oz / 5 cup capacity bowl is 7 x 2.5"; the deck is 20" wide x 11.5" deep plus height 3", 5" or 10" depending on leg height of choice.
Care: Remove stainless steel bowls from base and hand wash all components with warm water and mild soap or place in dishwasher. Hand wash recommended. Do not microwave.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days based on availability (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Please be aware that shipments may be delayed due to weather and various other circumstances outside of our control. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
 
Local delivery is available for orders over $50 within the following ZIP codes: 33129, 33131, 33132, 33149, 33109, 33139, 33140, 33137, 33138, 33141, 33154, 33181, 33161, 33162, 33160.
We charge a flat rate of $5 for local delivery.
  
Deliveries are made from 11 AM - 7 PM Monday through Sunday. We will contact you via the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 
 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our South Beach location (1627 Euclid Avenue, Miami Beach, FL 33139). After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 
 
Our in-store pickup hours are 9 AM - 7 PM on Monday through Saturday, and 10 AM - 6 PM on Sunday.
  

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to Canada only. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
  
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Dog Bar is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
  

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 
  
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerservice@dogbar.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

  

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Food items are considered final and can only be returned on a case-by-case basis. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
To start your return:
  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
  2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
  3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customerservice@dogbar.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
