Vet's Best Anti-Flea Spray Shampoo is an easy and quick way to kill fleas on your dog while bathing. The formula cleanses and deodorizes your dog’s coat too! Ingredients

Active Ingredients: Peppermint Oil...0.30%, Eugenol (from Clove plants)...0.70%, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (plant-derived)...2.70%, Inert Ingredients* ...96.30%, *Water, Sodium Benzoate (preservative widely used in foods).

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

READ ENTIRE LABEL BEFORE EACH USE AND USE ONLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH LABEL INSTRUCTIONS!
For Dogs 12 Weeks or Older: For best results, pet's coat should be dry prior to application. Spray product over pet’s entire coat, including hard-to-reach areas such as between the toes. Do not spray in the eyes, mouth, nose and genitals. Massage thoroughly into pet’s coat until the product reaches the skin. Let stand or continue to massage for 5-10 minutes. Apply a small amount of water and lather again. Rinse thoroughly to remove dead fleas. Dry with towel. Repeat if needed allowing 2-4 hours between applications, not to exceed twice in 24 hours.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days based on availability (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Please be aware that shipments may be delayed due to weather and various other circumstances outside of our control. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
 
Local delivery is available for orders over $50 within the following ZIP codes: 33129, 33131, 33132, 33149, 33109, 33139, 33140, 33137, 33138, 33141, 33154, 33181, 33161, 33162, 33160.
We charge a flat rate of $5 for local delivery.
  
Deliveries are made from 11 AM - 7 PM Monday through Sunday. We will contact you via the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 
 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our South Beach location (1627 Euclid Avenue, Miami Beach, FL 33139). After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 
 
Our in-store pickup hours are 9 AM - 7 PM on Monday through Saturday, and 10 AM - 6 PM on Sunday.
  

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to Canada only. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
  
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Dog Bar is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
  

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 
  
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerservice@dogbar.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

  

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Food items are considered final and can only be returned on a case-by-case basis. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
To start your return:
  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
  2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
  3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customerservice@dogbar.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
