How do I use this site?

We built our site with you in mind, and did our best to make it easy to shop. Across the top of each page are our main categories: Eats, Treats, Toys, Gear and Beauty. Choose a category, and a list of subcategories will appear along the left side. Select a subcategory, and a listing of all products in that category will appear on the page. Once you have finished shopping, you can check out by simply clicking on a button. We offer several payment options: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. For your convenience, you may create a profile of yourself, so that on return visits you can sign in during your visit and save time in checking out.

Do you have a printed mail order catalog?

We do not print a catalog at this time. We add to our store too frequently to keep up in print. Please do not hesitate to call us if there is an item in particular that you are looking for. Our website will be updated seasonally as well, so check back with us as often as you like to see the latest and greatest products.

How do I determine my dog's collar or harness size?

Please do not go by the length of your present collar. Measure around your dog's neck where the collar is normally worn comfortably. All of the collars in our store specify the range of neck measurements that a specific collar will fit. For harnesses: a neck, chest and waist size is sometimes needed to determine the right size for your pet. If more info is needed, please contact us with breed and weight info and we will assist you in finding the perfect fit.

How do I measure my dog's coat size?

Measure the length of your pet's back from the base of the neck to the base of the tail, which is often referred to as the "top-line" measurement. If the measurement is between sizes, we recommend going up one size. Also, if your dog has a stout build or is overweight, we recommend going up a minimum of one size for the proper fit.

How long does it take before I receive my order?

We do our best to keep all items in stock unless specified that it is a special order. Custom orders can often take 2-6 weeks. Personalized items must be pre-paid and special orders require a deposit. When you place your order with us, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. When we fulfill your order, we will notify you via e-mail. In the event of a back order item, you will be notified on your e-mail receipt. Our products are very special and sometimes require a little more time to obtain. Your patience is greatly appreciated. Remember what Mom said: "The best things are worth waiting for."

How will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped UPS ground unless another service level is requested. Frozen food items can only be shipped next day delivery, and will be assessed a handling charge. When checking out you may choose the service you prefer.

Can I return or exchange a purchase?

Absolutely ! Unused items in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 30 days for an online credit only. Returns can only be accepted with a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number that will be assigned to you by contacting us during business hours. Print this number clearly on the return package and ship to:
